Made completely by hand, one at a time, and in small batches. We make our own rich, smooth caramel by hand and then add roasted/salted premium Western Scheley pecans. We coat the bottom in thick delicious dark chocolate then add a large dollop on top and crown it with a roasted and salted pecan halve.

Our customers love the fact that they even look like turtles because we hand place a pecan piece to make a “turtle head”. Our turtles are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious to eat! These classic favorites are one of our top sellers.
