Our caramel is hand made and slow-cooked in a copper kettle. We make small batches to achieve a texture and taste that soft, fresh and buttery. This takes great patience and produces a final product that keeps our customers coming back for more. It stands alone or we will combine premium chocolate and the finest pure ingredients to create Sea-Salt, Dark or White Chocolate dipped, and Espresso Caramels.

Plain Caramels: Every one of our signature caramels are handcrafted in a large copper kettle, stirred continuously to produce a soft creamy caramel that will melt in your mouth and won't stick to your teeth.

Dark or White Chocolate dipped Caramels: Delicious squares of our creamy soft caramel covered in dark or white chocolate.

Espresso Caramels: The coffee lover’s dream! Extremely fine ground espresso is added to our exquisite caramel to create a rich espresso flavor. They are decorated with coffee and silver sugar sprinkles.
