Our caramel is hand made and slow-cooked in a copper kettle. We make small batches to achieve a texture and taste that soft, fresh and buttery. This takes great patience and produces a final product that keeps our customers coming back for more. Made completely by hand, one at a time, and in small batches. We make our own rich, smooth caramel by hand and then add roasted/salted premium Western Scheley pecans. We coat the bottom in thick delicious dark chocolate then add a large dollop on top and crown it with a roasted and salted pecan halve.
