Our meticulously handcrafted truffles are rich, delicious, and beautiful to say the least. Each recipe has been revised numerous times to create a final product that will satisfy even the most discerning palette.
Turtles
Made completely by hand, with our own rich, smooth caramel. Add roasted/salted premium Western Scheley pecans. We then coat the bottom in thick delicious dark chocolate then add a large dollop on top and crown it with a roasted and salted pecan halve.
Caramels Assortment
Our caramel is hand made and slow-cooked in a copper kettle. We make small batches to achieve a texture and taste that soft, fresh and buttery.
Mixed Nut Chews
Our handmade delicious caramel is topped generously with a variety of fresh roasted nuts (walnut, pecan, pistachio, almond, cashew, brazil, macadamia, peanut) and dipped in white, milk or dark chocolate.

White & Dark Chocolate Butter Creams
They start with fresh creamy butter and whipping cream. Then we add fondant and other raw ingredients to arrive at the desired taste. Each is covered in semi-dark or white chocolate.
